      HICAPS:

      You can claim Remedial Massage with a few health funds.
      Most of the major and minor political parties in Australia voted against allowing private health funds from offering their clients rebates on any natural therapies. The issue of homoeopathic medicine has been before the ombudsman for about 5 years now and we are still waiting for a ruling.

      Appointment Time.

      Our appointments run on time. Please make sure you arrive on time as we will not be able to extend your consultation as someone will usually be booked in after you.

      Cancellation policy

      There are many legitimate reasons why an appointment cannot be kept and we understand this. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give the centre 24 hrs. notice. If for some reason you give less than 24 hrs. notice, we will do our very best to fill your appointment, but if it cannot be filled by someone else, a cancellation fee will be charged of the amount of your consultation. We’re sure you can appreciate the need for such a policy given the high level of overheads as well as our wish to provide appointments to those in need.
